The four-day expo will take place at expo centre constructed by Chitwan Association of Industries. Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Department of Agriculture, Centre for Agricultural Infrastructure Development and Mechanization Promotion, Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project, Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives of state-3, and Nepal Agriculture Machinery Entrepreneurs Association are jointly organising the expo.
The expo is going to be organised with an objective of providing information about agro-related modern technology, different agro machines, equipments and service to farmers in one place. More than 100 stalls would be kept in the expo.
General Secretary of Nepal Agriculture Machinery Entrepreneurs Association, Krishna Sharma, said that more than 2,000 agricultural machineries, equipments and technology of more than 20 countries would be put on display. It has been expected that more than 35,000 farmers of 70 districts would visit the expo. RSS
