At least 28 dead including 11 women and six children in the storm that wreaked havoc in parts of Bara and Parsa districts. Houses have been reduced to rubble. Trees, utility poles and even underground water pumps have been uprooted. Pledges of help are pouring in for the hundreds of storm displaced in both districts.
