Parsa : Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population Upendra Yadav on Saturday viewed that the country could pursue prosperity through industrialization and agricultural modernization.
He also stressed the need to modernize agriculture and develop water resources to materialize the government campaign ‘Happy Nepali, Prosperous Nepal’.
He was inaugurating the seventh annual general meeting of Nidhi Savings and Credit Cooperative in Birgunj.
“The government is serious about health for all people and now is working to provide basic health services to them,” he said informing that the process has begun to open 1200 new primary health centers across the country.
DPM Yadav expressed confidence that new health centre will benefit all Nepalese. He also shared that the government was planning to develop Narayani Sub-Regional Hospital into the central hospital.
On another note, DPM Yadav, also chair of the Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum, opined for institutionalizing the achievements made through various political movements. RSS
