Damauli : A successful test of canyoning was conducted in Indra falls located at Pathardi of Bhimad Municipality-9 in Tanahun district. The canyoning would be explored in Indra falls to develop the site as a tourism destination.
Ward Chairman of Bhimad Municipality-9 Imansingh Thapa said that the Pokhara-based Dreamland Lwang Canyoning Company carried out the test of cannoning there on the call of Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning of Gandaki Province Kiran Gurung.
Managing Director of the company Boni Gurung said that canyoning in Indra falls is possible and stressed the need for more infrastructure development. The falls is 23 KM away from Khairenitar bazaar along the Prithvi Highway and could be travelled in an hour from the highway. RSS
