Kathmandu. Kathmandu valley roads are experiencing severe traffic jams on Thursday as vehicles remained off the road as part of security preparations for BIMSTEC Summit.
To ease traffic jam, government has implemented odd-even number plate rule during the summit. However, there are vehicles and people have been barred mainly inside the ring road.
